Bring joy and humor to your morning with this all-levels slow flow practice. A gentle enough class for beginners with opportunities for more advanced students to explore deeper expressions of each pose. Our practice includes deep, sustained stretches and an invigorating standing sequence. Work at your own pace in your own space.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Evidence-based trauma-sensitive yoga is a practice based on choice, non-coercion, invitational language and present moment experience. It is a practice that supports explorations in decision making and movement to facilitate a greater awareness of where the body is in space and the sensations that arise in the body during the practice. As we reclaim ownership, we gain confidence and a greater sense of self. Trauma-sensitive yoga can have a positive effect on individuals living with PTSD and chronic pain, or those who have experienced or have witnessed childhood trauma and violence.
