Bring joy and humor to your morning with this all-levels slow flow practice. A gentle enough class for beginners with opportunities for more advanced students to explore deeper expressions of each pose. Our practice includes deep, sustained stretches and an invigorating standing sequence. Work at your own pace in your own space.

This forty-five minute class is designed for people with limited mobility or those recovering from illness or injury. A combination of chair and standing work, this slow paced class is about embodiment, awareness of sensations and breath.
